Key takeaway: MixEmergency 3.0.2 is primarily about polish and compatibility after the big 3.0 rewrite — lower CPU usage, more stable playback/recording, and continued tight integration with Serato/Scratch Live — making it an excellent choice for VJs and DJs who need reliable, low-latency video mixing on Mac laptops.

MixEmergency has long been a go-to video-DJ app for Mac users working with Serato and Scratch Live. Version 3 marked a major performance and feature upgrade; 3.0.2 is an early 3.x maintenance release that stabilizes that jump while keeping the app lightweight and DJ-friendly. 6. Great set of pictures Matthew. I love the colour ones in particular but all are excellent. You’ve really nailed the lighting and composition.

  8. You do good work. I personally like the interaction between a rangefinder camera and a live model moreso than a DSLR type camera, which somehow is between us. Of course, the chat between you and the model makes the image come alive. The one thing no one sees is the interaction. Carry on.
